Step 1 — Open a migration ticket
Tell us about your current server: what control panel, what OS, how many accounts, your preferred migration window. We plan everything from there — no data sheet to fill out.
Step 2 — We migrate the data
Our team copies all accounts, databases, email, and configurations to your new Cloud Cube while your old server stays fully live. Zero downtime during transfer.
Step 3 — You test before cutover
We give you access to verify everything is working on the new server. If anything is off — a missing config, a database issue — we fix it before touching DNS.
Step 4 — DNS cutover, coordinated by us
When you're satisfied, we coordinate the DNS cutover to minimize the window between old and new server. Both run simultaneously during propagation.
